Bespoke Gutter Installation

We offer the supply and installation of cast-iron, aluminum and plastic gutter, downpipe systems; this includes custom molded bespoke designs. If you are on a budget, we also offer renovations to pre installed gutters, given they are in re-usable conditions. We will remove all old seals and paint, prepare the gutter/ downpipes and restore to a presentable condition.
We install on domestic and commercial properties, from 4 inch to 12-inch-wide gutter systems. Our gutters are fitted to the correct falls for the properties concerned, along with
fixings that are suitable to your area depending on weather conditions. We also replace aluminum, wood and plastic UPVC fascia and soffit boards.

Renovation and Refurbishment - Buildings

We believe in conserving the building rather than renewing it. In order to achieve this, we offer services of a number of different trades and have worked on a variety of projects.
Works include but are not limited to steel works, brick restoration, carpentry and decorations. When working with electrics or plumbing, we ensure that all of our operatives
carry full accreditation and licenses.

Roofing

We offer new install to roofs, repairs or replacement. Roofing works include but are not limited to EPDM flat roofing, new slate, clay and concrete tile. When installing a new roof, we offer the installation of new insulation if required by our clients. We also carry out waterproofing to chimneys and up stands etc to roof flashing is in both lead and aluminum.
Works can range from small localized repairs to replacement of a whole roof.

MGBS Guttering Building Specialist Ltd. We are a family run business based in the United Kingdom. Starting with small guttering repairs and maintenance, we quickly began
developing the work offered to clients in order to give them the best service possible. This in turn lead to gutter replacement and installation, then into full renovation of building facades and internal refurbishments.
We offer good communication to our clients when carrying out work to ensure that they understand exactly what is required to improve/preserve their property. The company was created as MGS over 25 years ago and then expanded into MGBS Ltd. when we took on building services. We became a Limited company in 2019 and have continued to develop ever since.
We are based in the South East and offer services here and London. Depending on requirements, we are able to go further afield.
